I admit that there are times when i get bummed seeing that other folks are doing a bunch more weight than during workouts. And I’m completely clear why I shouldn’t be. But it’s a hard thing to get past, sometimes.
But today doing just a 45lb OHS, I wasn’t bummed, because I know I was working as hard or harder than anyone else to get that done. And iwas happy to put that number on the PR board. I’m pretty certain that I’ve got a lot more PRs inme.
