Each class includes a detailed instruction and demonstration, warm up, guided workout and a cool down. Class size is limited to ensure individualized attention. Workouts can be scaled to all levels, abilities and ages and our professional coaches will help you find a customized option for your workout.

All levels and newbies welcome | 2 Week intro $79 | $28 drop-in | $219 10-pack of classes

We offer indoor classes 7 days a week led by professional coaches.  Brazen Athletics is committed to providing you with a workout that is modified specifically for you and your current abilities. Consider it personal training, in group setting. As you progress, the coaches will help you progress your workouts in the daily programming.
