Barbell Club

This program is designed to increase STRENGTH across ALL domains and will surpass all previous goals exponentially.

There will be cycles of strength included but not limited to Snatch/Clean/Jerk/Press/Back and Front Squat. These fundamental movements will improve all auxiliary movements, including Pullups/Kbs/pushups/T2B.

We love lifting heavy and will help you translate the weight on the bar to your everyday life!
