5:30 AM’ers in FAIRFIELD and HOBOKEN locations:

It’s that time of year again when the 5:30 am becomes more poplar as everyone’s schedule changes.  Please be considerate of your fellow athletes and follow these rules:

* Make your decision by 10:00 pm the night before and sign out if you are unsure you are going to make it.  The reserved spots are for those COMMITTED to showing up the next morning.  When you sign out at 3:00 am, the person on the wait list gets notified when they are sleeping that they got into the class, NOT FAIR!

* Use the wait list!  You will be notified via email that you are put into a class.   If you get in to a class and you cannot make it,  SIGN OUT.

* Follow these rules because we know who you are when you sign out last minute, Mindbody tells all! We do not want to implement any “3 strike rules” so please help each other out.  If it becomes an issue we will take the necessary steps to fix the problem.
